Hey, guys, I am standing in the parking lot of the newest Sprouts right here in Central Phoenix. Now today I'm gonna be taking you around the neighborhood of Woodlawn Park, North Central, and Melrose. Not only show you what you can purchase but the lifestyle that you can live. In this particular area, there are a brand new Sprouts like I said behind me, Jamba Juice, Starbucks just to name a few. I can't wait for you guys to check this video out. Alright, guys so our first stop is out here in North Central this is a completely remodeled property with three bedrooms two baths, a little over 1,700 square feet. So this is kinda the feel that you're gonna get with these properties. A lot of it was built in the mid centuries, so you got early 40's mid 40's early 50's in the neighborhood. So what we're seeing is a lot of investors are coming into the neighborhood and what they're doing is they're remodeling these properties making it look beautiful and I think you guys would really enjoy something like this. Alright guys so to the left is Melrose Fry Bread House Oh my God if you are a fry bread person that is like the number one spot you do not want to miss, and then right here is Joe's Diner it's locally owned, they're really awesome owner I met them, really good breakfast having to choose what they serve so let's see there are a couple other restaurants here. Short Leash Hot Dogs is new, they just opened up their spot right here in Melrose. Los Compadres is here, and Phoenix Burrito House I mean literally anything that you want as a foodie you guys would want to come down here cause there's probably like 100 restaurants on this little strip right here. Alright guys so we're here in Melrose my favorite neighborhood out here in Central Phoenix so again this is gonna be mid-century you're gonna get a lot of houses in the 40's and 50's price range you're gonna probably go between the 300 to $500,000 kinda just depending on what you're after any kind of upgrades or what have you again this a house that an investor purchased. They remodeled it and it's back on market. If you're interested in more information you know let me know. Alright, guys so I just showed you North Central Park and Melrose. Now I know it was just a small bit of information that I gave ya on both of those areas, but again my main focus for you guys is to know what you're getting into when you buy out here. Now this one-mile corridor there's a lot of restaurants, there are bars there are things for families to do, there's a bike riding system. Literally everything.
