The closing of a local pool company could mean some fabulous deals on pool and patio furniture this weekend for everyone.
Paddock Pools is preparing to shut down its Scottsdale Superstore on the Shea and the 101.
All remaining items in this huge store are being offered to the general public through auction.
They include spas, patio furniture, outdoor décor, pool parts and accessories, cleaning supplies, seasonal items, office furniture and much more.
A lot of customers have been complaining! After consumers complained that they paid large sums of money up front, and in many cases, all they ended up with was a big hole in their backyards.
Then things really took a turn when the Arizona Registrar of Contractors revoked the company's license to build any more pools.
Paddock pools and its sister companies have more than a million dollars in liens.
All assets at the Paddock Pools Scottsdale Superstore will be auctioned off this week in an online-only auction through the website www.AuctionNation.net.
All bidding will take place on the AuctionNation.net website with bidding going on now through Monday August 17 at 7 p.m. Registration is free and open to the public.
There will be an open house preview Saturday August 15 and Monday August 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to see the assets in person prior to bidding. For full details and more information on this liquidation Auction, visit www.AuctionNation.net.
