I, on the other hand, spent a decade honing these skills as a project manager for a Fortune 500 company, and at a tech start-up, before ever getting into real estate. This is where I learned how to create a path towards success before the project ever got started. In my previous life, I oversaw and executed projects on three different continents, and now I utilize these skills to help YOU!
I apply this same approach and skillset with all my clients now and created specialized tools and strategic systems to expertly navigate any transaction for my buyers and sellers. Each system includes exclusive and custom guides, checklists, activities and information other agents don’t provide their clients. I have taken the time to craft these systems since I believe everyone deserves to have the best possible experience when making the biggest financial decision in their lives.
I first got into the real estate industry by buying and flipping homes with my brother. Although I wasn’t licensed then, our Realtor at the time recognized I had the skills to be a successful agent and suggested I simply make it official. When she started her own brokerage, I joined her and quickly became a trusted resource for her agents. I naturally took on a role as a trainer and mentor to new agents. I wasn’t officially hired or given a title, but agents quickly saw that I enjoyed helping others around me and that it’s central to anything I do. I truly take pride in assisting others to achieve their goals and desires. My approach in life and business is if you do the right thing and focus on serving others, the rest takes care of itself. And because I have personally developed and refined my systems by teaching them to other agents and using them within my own real estate transactions with great success, I have the highest confidence my systems will work for you and your family and make for an amazing real estate experience!
